Delivery Policy

1. How Delivery Works

All deliverables are provided digitally via your client portal hosted at Kitchen.co. No physical shipment. Your portal access link is emailed after you submit your completed brief. Files are not downloadable outside the portal until you accept the final unwatermarked deliverables.

2. Delivery Windows (by plan, from completed brief)

Delivery windows start when we receive your completed brief, not at payment, and are subject to the working-day rule in §3:

• Free Preview: within 24 hours
• Trial ($9): within 48 hours
• Launch Static: within 48 hours
• Scale Static / Dominate Static: within 24 hours
• Launch Video / Scale Video / Dominate Video: within 72 hours
• Launch Bundle / Scale Bundle / Dominate Bundle: within 72 hours

3. Working-Day Rule

Delivery windows apply on working days only. Orders with a completed brief received after Friday 12:00 PM GMT (4:00 AM PT) begin processing Monday 12:00 AM GMT (Sunday 4:00 PM PT). Public holidays are excluded. Working days are Monday–Friday excluding: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day. Windows adjust accordingly. (This rule matches the note shown on the pricing page.)

4. Watermarked Previews & Acceptance

Deliverables are first provided as watermarked previews (static and video alike). You have 7 days from preview delivery to accept the batch or request revisions within your plan's allowance. Final unwatermarked files are released on acceptance. Once unwatermarked files are released and downloaded, the order is complete (see Refund Policy).

5. High-Volume / Bundle Delivery

Large orders (e.g. Dominate, and bundle orders combining statics and videos) may be delivered in batches within the plan's window, with the full order completed by the end of that window. We will indicate batch structure in the portal. (Replaces the old, internally contradictory "Full Engine" batch section.)

6. Delivery Failure

If we miss your window and do not cure within a reasonable time, you may choose priority free re-delivery or a full refund of that order (see Refund Policy §3).
