How we use AI

The short version: we use AI heavily. We are a team of senior media buyers who know what works in performance ads. The AI is leverage. The team is the brain.

We use AI across our pipeline. We don't hide it. We lean on it.

All output is AI-produced

Every creative we deliver is produced using artificial-intelligence systems. Imagery, video, on-screen synthetic presenters, scenes, and copy may be wholly or partly AI-generated. Synthetic presenters are not real people and do not represent real endorsers. A senior human directs and approves every creative before it ships, and we will never train a public AI model on your brand, your ads, or your data.

2. No Uniqueness / No Real-Person Guarantee

AI systems can produce similar outputs for different customers. We do not guarantee that any creative is unique to you. We do not guarantee that AI-generated faces or scenes are free of resemblance to real persons; you must not present synthetic presenters as real, identifiable individuals or as genuine customer testimonials unless you have an independent lawful basis.

3. Your Compliance Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that creatives you receive and run comply with: the advertising and AI-disclosure policies of every platform you use (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.); applicable advertising, consumer-protection, and AI-transparency laws in every market you advertise in; and any sector rules (health, finance, supplements, etc.). We provide production; you control deployment and targeting.

4. Acceptable Use (applies to all orders)

You may not use our services or deliverables for: illegal goods/services; adult/sexually explicit content; weapons/drugs/controlled substances; deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading advertising; content infringing third-party IP, publicity, or privacy rights; political or election content without disclosure required by law; or any use of AI-generated likenesses designed to deceive (fake endorsements, impersonation, deepfake-style misrepresentation). We may refuse or cancel orders that breach this section.

5. Indemnity

You indemnify GrowOut Co. LLC against claims arising from your deployment, targeting, distribution, or modification of delivered creatives, and from materials you supplied.
